What is Crystal Healing

Crystals have been used for thousands of years to help your mind and body to heal naturally. Crystals are placed on or around the body and interact with your body’s energy field to bring about changes mentally, physically and spiritually. Crystals do not have to be touching your body, just being situated within your aura is enough.

Jewelry containing crystals have also been worn throughout the ages for more than cosmetic reasons, as many people notice the ways in which they affect the body and mind.

A crystal healing session uses the power of crystals to work on helping your body heal specific ailments, or just to align and balance your energies, which in turn boosts your body’s immune system as well as promoting a mental state of well-being.

We combine Reiki with Crystal healings as this helps boost the crystal’s energy as well as boosting your body’s self healing potential. Reiki is an energetic healing modality commonly known as “hands on healing”, where the practitioner sends healing energy into your body and energy field. Most people report feeling slight warmth when receiving Reiki energy, and feel very relaxed and calm afterwards. The benefits last for days and weeks after a session.

How Does Crystal Healing Work?

At the most basic level, all physical matter is made up of energy with everything vibrating at different frequencies. The structure of crystals make them one of the most stable forms of matter which means that the frequencies they vibrate at are very specific, and very strong.

Each organ and system in your body also vibrates at a different frequency. When your body is not working properly (in a state of disease) it’s cells are not vibrating at the correct frequency. Returning them to the right frequency is the key to your body’s self healing capabilities.

Using crystals for healing is as simple as matching the frequency of a crystal to the frequency of your bodily organ/system. Placing a crystal near the body part it matches, helps your body recognize and match the correct frequency of energy and thus heal itself naturally. This makes crystal healing one of the safest healing modalities as your body does all of the work, the crystals are simply a blueprint for your body to match the correct frequency. Using Reiki with crystal healing, boosts your body’s healing energy, so when it is matching the frequency of health it also receives a boost of healing energy to make the job easier.

Your energy field (aura) is where thoughts and emotions create your physical body. Issues here can have a flow on effect and create physical dis-ease. Physical disease so often comes back due to most treatments neglecting the energetic levels that create the physical. What to Expect

A normal session lasts 60 minutes, including the pre and post healing consultation. The practitioner start by discussing any particular ailments you wish to have worked on. You will then be asked to lay on the table (fully clothed) and they will then start by placing crystals over the chakra points on your body.

Healing starts with a general balance of your aura and chakras using Reiki energy as the crystals lay on and around your body. They will then work on specific areas of need, and finish with a general calming energy boost to leave you feeling refreshed.
